Airli Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 27/09/2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use and purchase of visa-application preparation services from Airli.
Airli is operated by taliat albarmajyat aldhakiah, based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with its registered address at Riyadh 12354 (“Airli,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please read these Terms before purchasing a service. By accepting these Terms electronically and purchasing or using a paid Airli service, you agree to be bound by them.
1. Who may use Airli
You must have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement with Airli.
You may use Airli to assist with an application for your spouse, child, or another person only where you are legally authorized to provide their information and act on their behalf where required.
If the applicant is a minor or otherwise lacks full legal capacity, the person using Airli on their behalf must be their parent, legal guardian, or another person legally entitled to act for them.
2. What Airli provides
Airli is a technology-enabled visa-application preparation service.
Depending on the service you purchase, Airli may assist with activities such as:
- identifying visa requirements;
- collecting, organizing, and reviewing application information and documents;
- preparing application forms or application information;
- preparing itineraries or other supporting materials;
- photo adjustments;
- checking documents for missing or inconsistent information;
- AI-assisted extraction and review of application information;
- human review where appropriate;
- appointment-related assistance;
- travel insurance assistance;
- arranging or preparing appropriate hotel or flight reservations where included in the service; and
- coordinating application preparation, appointments, or submission with a licensed visa-service partner where applicable.
The exact services included in your purchase will be those shown or communicated to you before payment.
Airli actively assists with preparing visa applications. However, Airli is not an embassy, consulate, immigration authority, visa application center, or government decision-maker.
Airli is a technology company and does not itself act as a travel agency. Where a regulated or third-party travel or visa service is required, Airli may coordinate that part of the service through an appropriate third-party provider or licensed operational partner.
3. AI-assisted preparation
Airli may use artificial intelligence and automated tools to extract, organize, review, or prepare information from documents that you provide.
AI-generated or AI-extracted information may contain errors. Airli may therefore use human review where appropriate, and you may be asked to confirm important information before an application is finalized or submitted.
AI assistance does not replace the requirements imposed by an embassy, consulate, visa center, immigration authority, or other competent authority.
You remain responsible for reviewing information presented to you for confirmation and notifying Airli promptly if anything is incorrect.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide complete, current, and truthful information;
- provide genuine documents and supporting evidence;
- respond reasonably promptly when Airli requests information necessary to perform the service;
- review important application information where Airli asks you to confirm it;
- provide original documents when required by an embassy, visa center, or other authority;
- attend appointments, interviews, or biometric-enrollment sessions where required;
- comply with applicable visa, immigration, travel, and entry requirements; and
- inform Airli if your circumstances or travel plans materially change.
You are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of information and documents that you provide.
Airli may correct formatting, extract information, prepare forms, or help identify inconsistencies, but Airli cannot verify every fact supplied by a customer.
Airli will not knowingly prepare, create, or submit false, fabricated, forged, or misleading information or documents.
If inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information causes delay, rejection, additional costs, or other consequences, Airli is not responsible for those consequences to the extent they result from the information provided by you.
5. Visa decisions, appointments, and processing times
All visa decisions are made by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or other competent authority.
Airli does not guarantee that a visa will be approved.
Airli also cannot guarantee:
- that an appointment will be available on a particular date;
- how quickly an embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or visa center will process an application;
- that a particular document will be accepted by an authority;
- that an authority will not request additional documents, an interview, or additional checks; or
- that the requirements or procedures of an authority will remain unchanged.
Any processing time, appointment estimate, or visa-outcome guidance provided by Airli is an estimate or guidance based on available information and is not a promise of a government or third party's performance.
A visa refusal does not by itself mean that Airli failed to provide its service.
You should avoid making non-refundable travel commitments solely in reliance on an expected visa approval or processing date.
6. Third-party providers and licensed partners
Airli may use or coordinate with third parties where necessary to provide parts of the purchased service.
These may include a licensed visa-service partner, visa application centers, insurers, reservation providers, payment providers, and other operational service providers.
Where Airli agrees to coordinate a third-party service on your behalf, Airli remains responsible for performing the coordination Airli itself agreed to perform with reasonable care.
However, Airli does not control the independent decisions or performance of embassies, consulates, visa centers, immigration authorities, insurers, airlines, hotels, appointment providers, or other independent third parties.
Their own terms, availability, eligibility rules, cancellation conditions, and decisions may also apply.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with the Airli Privacy Policy, including where information must be provided to a partner or third party in order to deliver the service you requested.
7. Appointments, reservations, and insurance
Where included in your purchased service, Airli or its operational partner may assist with:
- checking or arranging visa appointments;
- preparing or arranging appropriate hotel or flight reservations;
- obtaining or arranging travel insurance; or
- coordinating application submission.
Appointment availability is controlled by the relevant appointment or visa-service provider and cannot be guaranteed by Airli.
Hotel, flight, or insurance arrangements may also be subject to the relevant provider's own terms, availability, cancellation rules, and charges.
Airli will not knowingly create or provide false or fabricated reservations or documents for use in a visa application.
8. Fees and payment
The price and scope of your Airli service will be shown or communicated before payment.
Unless expressly stated otherwise before purchase, Airli's service fee does not automatically include government visa fees, embassy or visa-center fees, passport delivery charges, or other third-party charges.
Any third-party services that are included in the price will be identified as part of the relevant offer or purchase.
You will not be charged an additional optional third-party amount without being informed of that amount or the basis for the charge.
Payments may be processed through Moyasar or another payment provider disclosed to you.
After purchase, you may receive an invoice, receipt, or payment confirmation showing the relevant transaction details.
9. Refunds and cancellations
Airli provides an individualized service that may involve document review, application preparation, AI processing, human work, and costs incurred through third-party operational partners.
Visa refusal
A visa refusal or rejection does not entitle you to a refund merely because the visa was refused.
You are paying Airli for the agreed visa-preparation and support service, not for a guaranteed visa outcome.
If Airli has performed the purchased service as agreed, the service fee remains payable even if the relevant authority later refuses the visa.
The same principle applies where the refusal results from the independent assessment, requirements, or discretion of an embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
Cancellation after work has begun
Once Airli has begun providing the purchased service and you have received or benefited from that service, amounts paid for work already performed are generally non-refundable, subject always to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Third-party amounts that Airli or its partner has already properly incurred for your application may also be non-refundable where the relevant provider does not refund them.
Cancellation before receiving the service
Nothing in these Terms removes a cancellation, rescission, or refund right that Saudi law requires Airli to provide.
Where applicable Saudi e-commerce law gives you a right to rescind a service contract within the statutory period because you have not yet used, received, or benefited from the service, Airli will honor that right subject to the applicable legal conditions and permitted costs.
Airli's failure to provide the agreed service
This no-refund policy does not mean that Airli may take payment without performing the service it agreed to provide.
If Airli materially fails to provide the purchased service, or if applicable Saudi law gives you a cancellation or refund right because Airli has failed or delayed in performing its own obligations, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
A delay caused solely by an embassy, consulate, visa center, appointment provider, government authority, or other independent third party after Airli has performed its own agreed obligations is not considered a failure by Airli to provide those obligations.
To request a cancellation or raise a refund issue, contact airliapp@gmail.com.
10. When Airli may refuse, pause, or stop a service
Airli may refuse to begin, pause, or stop providing a service where reasonably necessary, including where:
- required information or documents have not been provided;
- payment has not been completed;
- Airli reasonably suspects fraud, forged documents, or deliberately false information;
- the requested service would require Airli or a partner to act unlawfully;
- the customer behaves abusively toward Airli personnel or partners;
- the customer's circumstances make it impossible to continue the purchased service; or
- Airli or its partner can no longer lawfully or reasonably perform the requested service.
Where Airli stops a service, any refund or amount remaining payable will depend on the reason, the work already performed, third-party costs already incurred, and any mandatory rights under applicable law.
11. Privacy
Airli processes personal data in accordance with the Airli Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains what information Airli collects, how it is used, the use of AI and technology providers, international processing, third-party sharing, retention, and your privacy rights.
Acceptance of these Terms does not replace any separate consent that may be required for a particular personal-data processing activity.
12. Responsibility and liability
Airli is responsible for performing the services it has agreed to provide with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable law.
Airli is not responsible for losses caused solely by matters outside Airli's reasonable control, including:
- visa approval or refusal decisions;
- changes in government or embassy requirements;
- unavailable appointments;
- processing delays caused by an authority or independent provider;
- border or immigration decisions;
- a customer's failure to provide accurate or timely information;
- a customer's failure to attend an appointment or supply required originals; or
- the independent acts or omissions of third parties that Airli could not reasonably prevent or control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Airli will not be responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from such events.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility where doing so is prohibited by Saudi law, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded because of fraud, gross fault, or other mandatory legal rules.
13. Events outside Airli's reasonable control
Airli is not responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances that Airli could not reasonably prevent or overcome.
These may include government or embassy system outages, sudden changes in visa rules, closures, strikes, major technical failures outside Airli's systems, natural disasters, war or civil disturbance, public-health restrictions, or similar events.
Airli will take reasonable steps to inform affected customers where such an event materially affects the service and will resume its own obligations when reasonably possible.
Any mandatory rights available to you under Saudi law remain unaffected.
14. Communications
You agree that Airli may contact you using the contact details you provide where reasonably necessary to deliver or support your application.
This may include requesting missing documents, confirming application information, providing service updates, or coordinating with you regarding appointments or other parts of the purchased service.
Marketing communications are handled separately in accordance with Airli's Privacy Policy and applicable law.
15. Changes to these Terms
Airli may update these Terms as its service, operational model, partners, or legal requirements change.
The version that applies to your purchase will generally be the version you accepted when entering into that purchase.
Airli will not materially reduce your rights or change the core commercial terms of an existing paid service simply by publishing new Terms, except where a change is required by law or separately agreed with you.
The effective date at the top of these Terms identifies the current version.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and your relationship with Airli are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
If you have a complaint, please first contact Airli at airliapp@gmail.com so that we can try to resolve the matter.
17. General provisions
If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Airli's failure to enforce a provision immediately does not by itself mean that Airli has waived that provision.
These Terms, together with the service description and price presented to you for your purchase and any policies expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement governing the relevant Airli service.
